What this website collects

Nothing directly. There is no account to create, no analytics package, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no form on this site that posts data back to us. The contact buttons open your own email program. This site sets no cookies of its own.

What third parties see

Loading any page here causes requests to companies other than us, and each of them can see your IP address, your browser, and which page you asked for. The full list, as of the date above:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives a request from your browser on every page.
• Calendly serves a stylesheet used by the booking widget. On the page where that widget appears, Calendly may set its own cookies and collects whatever you type into it in order to book the meeting.

Each of those companies handles that data under its own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive a report from any of them about who visited.

If you email us

We keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. Business email is stored in Google Workspace. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

Email we send

AMGIC sends outbound email to businesses. Every message identifies who sent it and carries a working unsubscribe link. Using that link records your address on a suppression list, which is the one place we keep it, and its only purpose is to stop us contacting you again. You can also just reply and ask.

Client data

For businesses that hire us, Apollo runs as a separate deployment for each client. One client’s data is not visible to another, there are no shared queues between them, and a deployment is not used to build or improve anything for a different client.

Apollo connects to the software a client already uses, with credentials that client provides, and it sends text to third-party model providers, currently Anthropic and OpenAI, in order to draft and classify. Those providers are used under their business API terms, which do not train their public models on content submitted through the API. What each deployment can reach, where it stores what it reads, and who owns the accounts and the code are written into the agreement with that client rather than decided here.

Removal

Email adell@amgic.co and ask us to delete what we hold on you. Say what address to look for. We will do it and tell you when it is done, except where we are required to keep a record, such as the suppression list that exists specifically to keep you from being contacted.

Changes

If what the site or the product does changes, this page changes and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of previous versions.
