It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation, and it is not a guarantee of a result. Do not make a decision about your business on the strength of a web page alone.

Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of services, prices, timelines, and capacity are informational and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and nothing becomes an obligation until both sides sign something.

Nothing on this site, including anything on the Fund I page, is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any such offering is made only to qualified investors, privately, through the offering documents themselves, and those documents control.

The signed agreement controls

Work AMGIC performs for a client is governed by the agreement signed with that client. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins. Scope, price, timing, ownership of the resulting code and accounts, confidentiality, and what happens when the arrangement ends are settled there, not here.

Case descriptions

Companies named on this site are either AMGIC entities or businesses we work with. Any of them can email us and have the reference taken down. What one business achieved is not a prediction of what another will. Where a result is not stated, it is because it has not been measured, and no figure is published that we cannot support.

Ownership

The text, design, code, photographs, and the AMGIC and Apollo names on this site belong to AMGIC Holdings, LLC. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use the names in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. Third-party product names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to say which software Apollo works with.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of error, or current in every detail. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Lane County, Oregon.
